Green Energy
Welcome to AboutSolar.Net. This site is fairly new to the web, only about a month old. Initially
we focused on using solar as a means to heat water, specifically for use in swimming pools.
We have had a wonderful response to those efforts and we appreciate everyone’s input. Now
it is time for us to expand and branch off into the many other ways in which to harness and
make use of solar energy.
Our researchers and writers have teamed up to deliver a thorough look at all forms of this wonderful renewable resource. We feel it is important to make people aware of the possibilities available to us. The use of solar power not only saves us money, but will inevitably save lives, maybe even life as a whole.
In this day and age more and more people are becoming concerned with the direction this planet is headed. We have begun to realize that things must change if we want future generations to be able to enjoy life as we have know it. People are starting to take action to improve the quality of life for themselves and that of their children and grandchildren to come. Already thousands of people are implementing solar technology into their homes and lives.
Now is the time. We must all make great strides in educating ourselves of the importance
of change, and proceed in taking steps to make this change come about. This will only happen
when we all make these types of renewable resouces our primary source of energy. We must have
